Executive Assistant

Salary: £21,848 - £25,490
Contract: Permanent
Work Commitment: Full time, 52 weeks per year

Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual? Would you like to work in a fast paced and innovative environment?
We are seeking a highly experienced individual to work in close partnership with the Chief Administration Officer to provide an efficient executive support service and personal assistant service to the Trust’s Executive team.
You will be the first point of contact for the Executive Team, providing a comprehensive executive support service, manage diary engagements and assist in managing the annual cycle of engagements.
Strong organisational skills along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to manage competing priorities.
You will work collaboratively within a focused, pro-active team which provides extensive and wide-ranging support to our Academies and the Central Team.
