About the Post:
As a result of the secondment of the current post holder an exciting opportunity has arisen to cover our HR Analyst role within our HR Business Advisory, Pay & Reward team.
The post is offered on a fixed term basis until August 2019 and focuses on all matters associated with pay and reward including job evaluation and the continued expansion and development of our employee benefits portfolio. We have an ambitious business plan to deliver so if you feel ready for a new challenge we want to hear from you.
You will have a Certificate in Human Resources Practice or equivalent qualification and have experience of working in a Human Resources or administrative environment. You will be self-motivated and able to use your own initiative to manage a challenging but exciting workload.
