About the Post:
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced and committed person to join our Quality Improvement Team. The role provides, support, advice and guidance to the childcare sector across the borough including Family Centres, Childminders, Nurseries, Preschools and Out of School Clubs. This is a career graded post, the suitable applicant will have as a minimum, a relevant level 3 qualification in early year’s (the salary scale is dependent on qualification).
The role requires someone with an extensive up to date knowledge of child development, early years initiatives and guidance and the ability to work creatively to inspire settings across the borough to provide high quality childcare.
If you are currently working in early years and are passionate about making a difference this is a great opportunity to get an insight into this challenging and rewarding role.
This is a full time temporary role until 30th June 2023
