Your role in our journey

As an ICT Technical Specialist, you’ll provide vital technical expertise across a range of Information and Communication Technology services. Crucially, at this time of change and beyond, you’ll play a key role in developing, testing and deploying new ICT systems, solutions and infrastructure. We will look to you to make sure our systems comply with best practice, policies and procedures, and are fully monitored and controlled. From troubleshooting and fault finding, to information gathering, experienced data analysis and reporting, a wide range of people will rely on your expertise and dedication.

What you’ll need

To join us, you’ll have great self-management skills and have a Level 6 qualification with evidence of continued professional development. You’ll certainly have significant experience of delivering specialist ICT services, such as,

• SAP functional & configuration skills in PM/CS Modules (Plant Maintenance and Customer Services), working in a structured change process
• Thorough understanding of PM processes including technical objects, works orders and capacity planning
• Experience of bespoke SAP systems and upgrades
• Ability to complete effective unit and integration testing for changes. .
• Experience with PM mobile solutions
• Experience and knowledge of key integration points with other SAP modules such as SD, MM, or FI/CO
