About the Post:

 

 

 

Healthier Communities Commissioning is seeking to appoint a customer focussed, motivated individual to join our team.  You will have experience of working in a contracting, procurement or commissioning role and be an excellent communicator able to work with a range of audiences including stakeholders, service users and carers and external partners.

 

This is a varied and challenging role and you will be involved in direct contact with a range of providers to ensure the services we commission are delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers. In this role you will support the Commissioning Manager in the development of monitoring systems and undertake the performance monitoring and reviewing of services to ensure contract compliance and continuous improvement/development. You will use a range of ICT systems to report on service performance and present your outcomes to a variety of audiences.  Knowledge of substance misuse and the National Drug Treatment Monitoring System would be beneficial for this role.

 

Our team prides itself on high standards with team members who must have a can-do attitude. You must be a great team player and should be able to demonstrate how you will ensure the successful delivery of services for the people of Barnsley.
