We are looking to add to our small team of Relief Receptionists (Service wide) to provide relief cover for holidays or sickness across the Learning Centre network of the Adult Skills & Community Learning Service. The Centres are open Monday to Friday plus some evenings and Saturday mornings.

This is a great opportunity to join our Learning Centre network team and help to support learning in the heart of the community!

You will:

• have excellent customer service, care and interpersonal skills, being the first point of contact for learners, members of the public, tenants and staff
• provide information, advice and support on the services available in the centre and other council services and agencies
• undertake general administrative duties
• be required to work flexibly to cover staff absences at short notice – this could mean working a high number of hours, particularly at holiday times
