Your role in our journey

 

 

 

As an Assistive Living Technologies Response Assistant: you’ll be part of a team responding to vulnerable service users 24/7 alongside our nationally accredited Monitoring Centre and Installation Team. You will be responding around the clock ensuring they get the help they need as soon as possible for example, after a fall. You will perform activities within a team that has a common goal to promote independence and perform against Key Performance Indicators.

 

 

 

What you’ll need

 

 

 

To join us, you’ll need a relevant Level 2 qualification in Health & Social Care and a clean full UK driving license to drive manual vehicles. Crucially you will have excellent communication, and relationship skills, to successfully work with the team and service users.
