The Role

We have an exciting, new opportunity for an Estates & Project Manager to join Astrea Academy Trust’s friendly, supportive and proactive Estates team to support the strategical development and management of our Academy sites.

 

Under the direction of the Head of Estates and with the support of our Estates Officers, the Estates & Project Manager will lead on the day-to-day management of large scale, complex capital projects, by utilising strong project management, stakeholder management and performance management skills.

 

We are looking for those who are experienced in managing capital projects from inception through to completion, building rapport and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and are highly effective in solving complex issues with a flair of creativity.

 

You will be involved in the development and completion of key project documentation including PIDs, financial appraisals, project programmes and risk registers. This is a wonderful opportunity for providing our +/- 2000 staff and ultimately, +/-14,000 pupils with safe, secure and spacious environments, aiding in an overall positive learning experience.

 

This is a permanent position with an annual salary of £30,000.
