Prospective employees will be required to give a reasonable account of any significant periods (6 months or more in the past 3 years) of time living abroad.

About the Post:


A Cemetery operative is required to work as part of a multidisciplinary team undertaking maintenance duties within the Boroughs cemeteries.

 

Duties will include grass cutting, back filling of graves and general maintenance of the cemeteries.

An ability to work outside in all weathers is essential along with an awareness of the sensitive nature of the task.

 

 

The post holder will operate various plant and equipment, providing a range of skills and expertise in a flexible and responsible manner in order to meet the service delivery targets of the Bereavement Services section
