Salary: Grade SLT1c – £66,975 per annum 
Hours:  Full Time 37 hours per week 
Contract:  Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join YPO as our Head of HR & People Services.

As an integral role in our Senior Leadership Team (SLT), the successful applicant will lead the development and implementation of YPO’s People Strategy, transforming the functions from transactional, reactive support services to ones that are dynamic and enabling.

As the Head of HR & People Services, you will be responsible for supporting the wider SLT to meet their organisational goals by ensuring agile people policies, practices and learning and development opportunities are in place so that the organisation can attract, retain and develop our employees.

Not only are we looking for an experienced senior HR Manager, but a leader who also has the capacity and enthusiasm to manage our Learning & Development team and Buildings & Services teams including Health & Safety, Catering and Cleaning.

We are a relatively small team with huge ambitions for the organisation. The role can be strategic in the morning and hands on with the team in the afternoon – no two days are ever the same!
