The SCR Executive Team is now recruiting for a Senior Programme Manager – Education/Skills (Salary £41,025 - £43,821).

We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter to join our team with a strong background in education/skills and direct experience of policy development/implementation and commissioning.

This post is part funded by the Gatsby Charitable Foundation to support the implementation of the Governments Post 16 Skills Plan to ensure Sheffield City Region becomes ‘Routes Ready’ and as such candidates must be confident in working across the Post 16 sector to support this work.

Other key areas of work will include developing work on Apprenticeships, commissioning Skills Capital projects and related projects which support the regions aspirations around growth.

With keen financial and project management skills, you should be comfortable working across a variety of public and private partner organisations, you will be a persuasive and effective communicator with well-developed negotiating and presentation skills.
