Teaching Assistant
Mapplewell Primary School

 

Required: as soon as possible.

Salary: Grade 2 £11,211 - £11,435 (actual salary)
Working Arrangements: 27.50 hours per week during term time plus 2 inset days.

Contract: Permanent

 

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, energetic and caring person to join our team of support staff.

 

The successful applicant will assist the teaching staff across the whole school, providing support to pupils to ensure that they are well cared for and reach their full potential.

 

Applicants will need the ability to work as part of a team and be prepared to support the educational needs of all pupils.

 

You will have 2 GCSEs (Grade A-C) including maths and English or equivalent eg a NVQ level 2 certificate relevant to the position.

 

Mapplewell Primary School is now part of the Hoyland Common Academy Trust (HCAT) and works in close partnership with other schools within the trust.   HCAT is rooted in ensuring that children receive world-class education. Children get one chance at their school education and we believe that, by schools working effectively in collaboration, we can ensure that one chance unlocks the potential for lifelong learning for all of our children.
