Salary: £19,312 - £19,698 pro rata Plus laptop & phone 

Working Arrangements: Some evening and weekend work required including Agile Working

Contract type: Fixed Term until 31/03/2022

Project Support Officer (Learning Team)

We are seeking to appoint an experienced and dynamic candidate to the role of Project Support Officer for Barnsley Museums Learning service. The Learning Service operates on a traded services model. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload. You will be organised and flexible, with financial, business support and administrative experience.

Barnsley Museums Learning Service delivers an Arts Council Museums and Schools programme, as well as a variety of other grant funded programmes across five Barnsley Museums venues. This is an exciting time to join Barnsley Museums as we become an Arts Council England funded National Portfolio Organisation from April 2018, with a focus on learning and community engagement. Barnsley is also in the process of developing a Cultural Education Partnership.
