About the Post:


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Manager based within the council reablement service. You will be leading on developing the service and promoting a strength -based approach.

The role is to provide leadership and management to range of staff, to ensure that the team focus is on meeting outcomes by promoting wellbeing, autonomy, independence and choice to people that use the service. The reablement service is used to support discharge from hospital, prevent readmission and to support an individual to remain living at home.

You will have responsibility for the team budget, oversight and performance of the team, to support quality supervision of staff team. The Team Manager role will also be registered manager for the service with CQC.
