About the Post:
Following a recent future council review we are seeking highly motivated and committed individuals to complement our existing team to achieve the very best outcomes for adults living in the borough. This is an exciting time to join Barnsley’s Adult Social Care service.
We have and Assistant Social Care Practitioner vacancy in our Adult Social Care Service working in the Specialist Adult Team (North East, South and Dearne). This team supports adults who have a learning disability, Autism and some who have social care needs due to their vulnerability.
To be able to apply for this post you will need a Level 3 qualification(care related) or 4 GCSE’s(including English) with a willingness to work towards a level 3 in care and experience of working in a caring profession with this client group.
