Federation Caretaker

Salary: £22,937 - £25,440

To be based at St Michaels, Wombwell but on a Federation contract, working across all three schools.

The Governing Body of the successful, happy and forward thinking Catholic Federation of 3 schools wishes to appoint a suitably qualified caretaker to play a key role in the continued success of the Federation.

You must be committed to high standards in all areas of responsibility.

We are looking for an individual to join our team who:  

• Has excellent people management skills 
• Is able to keep detailed work records 
• Is forward thinking, innovative and prepared to think outside of the box 
• Will actively develop positive relationships with all stakeholders 
• Has good DIY skills to effectively manage onsite repairs and maintenance
