An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Performance Improvement Officer, working within the new Performance Improvement team.

The successful candidate will assist in the management of service performance, facilitating improvement and innovation in service delivery across the Council in accordance with the relevant plans, frameworks and targets, ensuring continuous service improvement.

Applicants should hold a Level 6 qualification in a related discipline and have significant experience in performance monitoring and management.

We would particularly like to hear from you if you are self motivated with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and consultation skills, along with the ability to work at senior levels within both the organisation and partnership arrangements.
