Teaching Assistant

Contract type: Permanent, working 27.5 hours per week, term time.
Salary: £10,073 - £10,781
Location: To be based at St Michaels, Wombwell but on a Federation contract.

The Governing Body of the successful, happy and forward thinking Catholic Federation of 3 schools wishes to appoint a suitably qualified teaching assistant to play a role in the continued success of the Federation. The pupils, staff and governors have a great sense of pride in the schools and care passionately about our future success

This post offers an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or experienced TA to become part of our community. You will work across whole school and support a varied curriculum.

You must be committed to high standards in all areas and have high expectations of all children in terms of progress, attainment, attitudes and behaviour.

You will need the ability to work as part of a team and be prepared to follow instructions from the class teacher(s) in meeting the educational needs of the pupils.
