KS1 Leader of Learning – Main scale + TLR2

The Governing Body are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, high quality practitioner who:
• has a minimum of 3 years teaching experience;
• is passionate about learning and teaching;
• is an excellent teacher with the ability to inspire and motivate children to achieve their full potential;
• is committed to high standards in all areas and has high expectations of all children in terms of progress, attainment, attitudes and behaviour;
• has proven ability to manage and lead effectively;
• can work within the leadership team to support the school in its continuing drive to raise standards;
• is creative, forward thinking, innovative and prepared to take risks;
• has a strong commitment to inclusive practice;
• will actively develop positive relationships with parents and carers.
