Assistant Headteacher with Key Phase Responsibility for EYFS/KS1

Required for September 2015
Salary: Group 2 L3 – L7
Contract: Full-time permanent position.

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and effective Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team at this outstanding school.
As an Assistant Headteacher you will play a full leadership role and therefore would be expected to contribute significantly to the overall effectiveness of the school.

We wish to appoint an outstanding teacher who also has:

• proven experience of outstanding primary practice.
• the ability to motivate, mentor and inspire both staff and children to be the best that they can be.
• the ability to build on existing good practice and the creativity to introduce fresh and innovative ideas.
• a keen attitude to work in partnership with the Headteacher and Deputy Headteachers’
