As a Local Land Charges Officer, you will provide support to the Legal Practice Team Manager in delivering effective and smooth support services to our legal department.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to co-ordinate the workflow within the team, deal with a range of internal and external queries ensuring prioritisation and organisation is paramount. You will have experience of working within a Business Support environment working with highly confidential information and the skills to manage a diverse and fast paced workload. You will demonstrate good knowledge of services within the local authority and our key partners and show an understanding of information governance, data protection, health & safety and risk management.
