About the Post:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Engagement Officer to join our 0–19 Public Health Nursing Service. This is a key role focused on strengthening how children, young people and families shape the services they use. You will lead the development and delivery of an engagement strategy that ensures their voices directly influence service improvement, design and decision-making. This post offers a unique opportunity to champion co‑production at every level of the service, ensuring our work reflects the lived experiences, needs and priorities of local families and communities.
