We have an exiting opportunity for an EHC Phase Manager to lead in the developments within our Secondary team. We welcome applications from suitably qualified professionals who are passionate about ensuring equitability, transparency and robustness in SEND processes. You will be (or have been) in a senior position in a relevant setting but whatever your background, you will be able to demonstrate considerable experience and knowledge of SEND, current EHC processes and relevant legislation. You will hold a professional qualification in a relevant subject; have significant experience of working in a similar environment with or for children or young people with SEND and experience of complex administration processes and their management. Detailed knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice (2015), the Children and Families Act (2014) and current processes and legislation is essential for this role.
